Frequently asked questions

We expect this page to grow as we receive feedback from website users... but here are a few to start!

(1) Q. How do I find out when you deliver to me?
A. On any page, scroll down to the box beneath the shopping aisles that is labelled "Please enter your full postcode to check when we deliver to you". Enter your postcode and click "Check".

(2) Q. How do I view any orders I have pending?
A. If you have not yet registered with the site, in the box at the top left of any page click on the option that says "Register with this website"
If you have already registered click on "Sign in and check your orders".
After following the instructions click on "View orders" at the top right.

(3) Q. How do I view or edit a particular order?
A. First follow the instructions in (2) above to get to the "view orders" page. Then scroll down to "All orders", and click on "view/edit" order of the order you wish to see. If the order has been dispatched, or dispatch is imminent, then you will only be able to view, and not modify, the order.

(4) Q. How do I order one-off items with my regular order?
A. (i) Edit the order by following (3) above
(ii) Select items as usual, and then go to "View orders"
(iii) To the right of where each item in your current order is displayed, click on "Make once only".

(5) Q. How do I get back to the home page?
A. On any page, click on the "Organic Delivery Company" logo at the top of the page, or click on "Home" at the bottom.

(6) Q. How do I find a particular product?
A. You have three choices:
(i) Use the search function by typing what you want in the space on left of each page beneath the yellow box and clicking on "Search site"
(ii) Use the categories in the yellow box on the left of the pages
(iii) Use the a-to-z list from the page linked from the bottom of the yellow box
